New York Attorney General Letitia James filed a lawsuit against Alex Mashinsky, co-founder and former CEO of Celsius Network, according to an announcement on Thursday.
The New York Attorney General Letitia James is suing Alex Mashinsky, co-founder and former CEO of bankrupt crypto lender Celsius Network, for defrauding hundreds of thousands of investors, including 26,000 New Yorkers.
