On March 15th, Salesforce, a software company of customer relationship management system, announced a limited release of Salesforce Web3. The company says it will be a channel to help companies build, manage and deploy unchangeable dynamic passwords (NFT) in a reliable, scalable and sustainable way. The service will allow brands to communicate with customers in an entirely new way based on aggregating their customer 360s and Web3 data, helping brands fully understand how customers interact with brands in both traditional and new digital environments.

According to Salesforce, its Web3 service platform provides a range of functions that enable brands to create personalized multi-faceted experiences on Web2 and Web3, providing a 360-degree perspective on how customers interact with their NFT products.

The company also works with global consulting partners such as Accenture and Deloitte Digital, as well as digital institutions such as AE Studio, Media.Monks, Time and Vayner3, and strategic management consulting firms to help companies implement Web3 and experiment with blockchain technology, digital wallet and NFT coins.
